Marguerite Gleeson
Founder, Leadership & Comms Partner
Marguerite Gleeson, founder of Sage & Global, specialises in leadership development, communication, and cultural transformation, bringing both strategic insight and a strong human understanding to her work.

Marguerite's Education​
Marguerite holds a degree in Psychology, an MSc in Psychoanalysis from UCD, and an MIT Sloan Diploma in Leading Organisations and Change. She is currently completing her PhD at Ghent University.
She works fluently in English and Spanish, and is proficient in Portuguese.
