Marguerite Gleeson, founder of Sage & Global, specialises in leadership development, communication, and cultural transformation, bringing both strategic insight and a strong human understanding to her work.
A practicing psychoanalyst, psychologist, and a former international senior leader who led teams in LatAm, the USA and on global projects inside demanding multinational and multicultural environments for over 10 years. That dual formation means she works fluently with C-Suite Executives and new emerging talents alike, by understanding your organisation’s language and dynamics.
With an Irish-Mexican background and experience across Europe, the Americas, and APMEA, she brings cultural depth that is essential in global work. That dual formation — corporate leadership and psychoanalysis — means she understands your organisation's language and dynamics from the inside.
Marguerite's Education
Marguerite holds a degree in Psychology, an MSc in Psychoanalysis from UCD, and an MIT Sloan Diploma in Leading Organisations and Change.
She is currently completing her PhD at Ghent University.
She delivers programmes and partners 1:1 in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
